Project One
Our first project is a lovely 1920's bungalow located in St. Paul. Many of the original features of this home will be retained during the refurbishment, including its historic lead windows, built-in cabinets, inlaid hardwood floor and ornate radiators. We have completed the initial demolition. The projected costs to finish this project are $53,000.
